Booking Policies

The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of Limegrove Hotel London may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Pre-authorisation Policy

Please note that Limegrove Hotel London reserves the right to pre-authorise the first night of your stay prior to your arrival. Long stay bookings of 7 nights or more or group bookings of 3 rooms or more may be subject to a 50% non-refundable balance pre-payment.


It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid the accommodation provider's late cancellation fees, and in advance of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

If you have booked the 'Free to Cancel' option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation's late cancellation period. This will result in a refund of your deposit payment. If you cancel within the late cancellation period, or do not arrive, your deposit is forfeited and the accommodation may charge for the first two nights.
Late cancellation period starts: 72 hours before check in time (2.00pm) on your date of arrival.

Check In / Check Out

The terms and conditions of the accommodation provider will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival. Check in from: 11:00 GMT / Check out by: 10:00 GMT
